The house has 4 bedrooms and can accommodate 8 guests at a time. The main bedroom has a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, spa bath, toilet and a basin. The second bedroom has a queen size bed with an en-suite bathroom that has a shower, toilet and a basin. The third bedroom has a queen size bed and the fourth bedroom has 2 single beds. The third and fourth bedrooms share a separate bathroom with a shower, bath, toilet and a basin. There is also a separate toilet.

The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, tea- and coffee-making facilities, cutlery and crockery.

The open-plan lounge area has comfortable sofas as well as a TV with DStv and a dining area with ample seating where guests can enjoy their meals together.

The entertainment area has a built-in braai and a pool table with a door leading to a sheltered veranda with a pool and a large lawn in the backyard. The house offers a beautiful view of False Bay and the mountains from the large deck in front of the house. It’s the ideal place for cocktails.
