The kitchen is modern and well equipped with state of the art appliances like washing machine, tumble dryer & dishwasher. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and both bathrooms offer a bath and separate shower. Off street parking in secure garage, build in Safe are all included. The building has a security entrance and the apartment is alarmed. Bring your beach towels and come to the ocean!!

Fiber will soon be live in our neighborhood. For now, there is a ”Pay as you go” WiFi option. We load 1GIG data for you, thereafter you pay for any additional data needed.
